There are no big problems... when the delivery is made on a lawn, like in that video, but if you have to make it to a tenant on the third floor, things are a little different.
Ever since drones were born I thought that a service of that kind wouldn't be possible here in Italy: some good person would steal the drone.
In other countries, where you can buy a gun in the fruit shop, like in the USA, they would enjoy "drone hunting".
Very interesting. I had watched a video on how to build and command/navigate a drone. I guess though that @LucaMs is right (una razza una faccia con I Greci - One race one face with the Greeks ??). I would get rid of this problem with a simple trick. I would deliver the same way as in the video over the building to the third floor (f.e.) and when I stopped rolling down the rope with a sensor of weight I would sense if someone is pulling down the drone and I would transmit live to the store in a special recording device. Then I would pay a visit to this gentleman accompanied with a policeman. Also since GDPR and other legislation of the EU forbits this I would state it clearly in a terms of use to use the delivery service document. It would certainly be accepted without ever read as all the "agree to the terms of use" documents. ??
