Wish Deploy without compile again

I use several devices connected to the computer via USB.
Every time I need deploy an app is necessary wait the the compilation.
I wish an option in IDE to deploy an app already compiled without need to wait a new compilation.

This does not answer to the main question: "I wish an option in IDE to deploy an app already compiled without need to wait a new compilation."

The solution with custom build actions, that I use very often, is really cumbersome. It definitely needs to be more convenient because during a development session you may need to run only on one device to fix an issue, not on all connected devices. I don't understand why we cannot choose multiple values in the deployment dialog.
