Android Question Design Screen size shrinks when app runs

Hello, I have a condition that when I run and app the look of the screen designed on the device shrinks when run on the same device. I loose about 6 pixels from the right hand side and about 10 pix from the bottom. Im using a Nautiz X2 with android 6.0 specs on device are:
Screen 4.7" IPS panel 1280x720 (312ppi)
Is there an adjustment or flag to set to have the designer match the runtime app view.

Upload a screen shot so that we can see what your actual layout looks like, you've not really described your layout so can't really say if you need top left or both left and right etc...

Based on your description from the first post it should be BOTH or RIGHT. See the tutorial
