Android Question Designer cannot be installed

I just got a new tablet. I installed sa B4A-Bridge. After connecting to B4A the B4A-Designer automatically attempt: "Will you install this App? It needs the following rights: 'full network' and 'disable resting state of the tablet'
Attempt button "Install" => for some seconds "installing" =>"App was not installed"=>Button close
After about 10s automatically Designer retries install.
The bridge itselft seems to work.

The tablet is an noname with modelnumber ZL10 with Android 9.0

Download new Designer APK from this thread and see if it will solve your issue

Hi, I cannot connect to any emulator on my PC with the new version. Older versions worked succesfully. I kept getting INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATE. I restarted my adb several times
