Recreate the issues:
1. Open the designer
2. Add a Pane (did not try other views) close to the top of the layout (height about half of the layout)
3. Add views (I used 3 Labels and 3 TF in 3 rows) UNDER the Pane
4. Cut the views and paste it to the Pane
5. The views "disappear" but can be accessed by the view's tree
6. The top of the views are still e.g. 300 (position before the cut & paste)
7. If one manually changes the top of all views to e.g. 10 will do the trick
The new position should be automatically changed corresponding to the Pane's position.
