the first picture is from the designer. the second is when i run the program, and the seconf button doesn't show at all

You should use Anchors.
You should upload a small example project which shoes the issue. A large Screenshot does not help much.

what are anchors? I thought the point of the designer, was what you see is what you get. If you need anchors to make it work, why don't you put them in automatically?

2. I'm not sure what to answer here. If you have a real question then we can help you. If you don't want to learn how to use the tools then don't use them. Once you understand what anchors do you will understand why they cannot be added automatically.

3. The bottom button is pushed down because of the call to AutoScaleAll. You can either remove it or set the anchor to bottom. The correct solution of course is to set the anchor.

i took AutoScaleAll out, and now the Designer is doing what I want. I watched your video about the designer, but I don't think I need the anchors right now. I only write programs for myself.
