Hi, is it possible to create a kind of "shortcut" icon that opens the web browser with a specified url?

You can create a shortcut on the device desktop from within the installed browser like firefox, chrome.
Use the browsers feature to create a shortcut for the shown website.

You mean the browser has an option to create a shortcut on the desktop?
With a given url?
I didn't know that.
