Android Question Detect microphone volum

Hi,

Is it possible to see the volume that the mic get?
For example if its a loud noise so I will be able to see x decible or 10/10 live on the app.

You can use AudioStreamer to get the raw data. You can then use FFT to find the amplitude. I'm not an expert in this field so can't help you too much with this.

However keep in mind that the dB you measure could vary considerably depending on phone models and in some case they could be fooled by AGC.
