Dev start up

I guess we are all here because other environments that handle devices are too sketchy or too vast. So whilst this question isn't specific to B4PPC, it is still relevant methinks.

I know how to do it on my PC, but how do I make an app run at device start up on the dev?

Device directory: Windows/startup/

This seems like a to simple answer.
