iOS Question Develop using enterprise certificate

I´d like to know if I can use B4i to develop enterprise certificate through outside aple store .
The application should be downloaded directtly to Ipad or Iphone

Yes. You just need to sign the released app with the enterprise certificate and an ad hoc provision profile.
