Hi
I am a 72 year old hobby beginner with B4X, although I did do some Windows development with VB in the nineties, so please treat me gently.
I have been using B4J to develop a card game which requires clicking on a displayed card. I display this as a B4X imageview. To read the click event I superimposed a transparent button over the imageview - clumsy but worked.
I thought that using B4X would produce code that also ran in B4A.
When I loaded the B4A code I found that I didn't need the buttons as the imageview is clickable in B4A., but the two versions are linked - modify one and the other changes.
Am I missing something really fundamental and easy.
Sorry to waste your time if I am but we all need to learn, some slower than others!
