the pc rebooted after I deleted all cookies, but could not install WinXP because the hard disc was fragmented and the RAM was too small.
I went to the tech guy but he said this is a rush hour and can't troubleshoot or debug it. he said we can chat on skype. but later I sent
SMS message to his cellphone and told him I am taking the train tomorrow because my car needs transmission repair, so we can meet at the
train station.

I'm not convinced that English is the problem in this case

You should be able to edit the thread title. There is a small "Thread Tools" menu at the right side.
