Android Question disable external app sound

hello can I monitor other apps sound

for example when I play my music and then run my game I want to disable whether the music or game sound from my app Can I do that

thanks erel but Can show the sounds to customer So he choose which sound He want to mute I don't want to check my app audio I need TO check the other apps audio

I want To create service module to check audio focus to running app So when there are more than one audio I want to notify the customer So he can mute any app audio from my app
