Android Question Display formatted of the text?

Please suggest a way to develop!
I am developing an application in which there are built-in book.
What is the best use to display formatted (bold, italic, colors) of the text?
- pdf
- html
- Label multiline
- another variant?

In B4j I use the HTML editor with no toolbars, and format my text as need using normal HTML formatting... Works very well
