Android Question does ODROID-XU4 accept UI(javafx)?

My app which created with B4A works well with Odroid U3. I haven't tried with XU4 yet

So, can the Odroid be, effectively an open-frame Android tablet?
What about touchscreen support, etc?

I use tablets but it would be nice to offer something with a bigger screen, etc.
