Does this type of 'in-app purchase' exist?

I made an app that let's you send 10 of your favorite jokes via SMS.

I want to let each user purchase the app with 'their favorite jokes'.
Somehow each user uploads 'their favorite jokes' in advance (not important right now) and purchases the app with their choice of jokes, which could mean a different app bundle for each customer purchase.
Is this type of Customized in-app purchase available/possible at the playstore?

Not in that way. Make the app free, then add the joke packs as in app purchases that are selectable from the app. Only way to have different downloads at purchase time on the store is to list different apps for each joke pack.

This sounds about right to a Marketing newbie like me:
The user gets the free app, sends 10 jokes to be put into joke pack #1, #2, or #3.
What is this 'Joke Pack ID' thingy that users select called?

I found nothing in google articles about Customized vs Personalized in-app purchases that mentions this type purchase.
