Android Question Does USB to Serial support flow control?

Hi everybody,
I'm writing an APP which needs a Serial Rs232 comunication.
Does the new USB library version 2.4 support any kind of flow control.
Xon/Xoff if the main protocol I use. I can write in my code very easily...
