How i can download the last version of sdk?
Now i have the version 28, and if i follow this link .... https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html .... the version is the same (sdk 28)

sure, it is the actual default. It is the suggested SDK for now. It may change end of the year.

You can open the sdk manager (Tools - SDK Manager) and install other SDKs
