Android Question DraggableView view is not working on my new tablet

I've built a drag n drop application for my kid using Erel's example here. It's working fine with our old tablets (Samsung, Lenovo --> All below android 5.x ).

However We have just upgraded out tablet to be Lenovo yoga Tab 3 which is android 5.1.
After installed and run that application on a new device, Drag and drop feature is no more working (others features are still working fine) and no error message shown.

Could someone help me solve this problem.

You should describe better the problem.

It could be a problem of elevation of panels (Panel1.Elevation = 2dip or more)
