Android Question During compilation error message

Hello, Iam getting often this error message:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to create service b4a.SaborPtoCli.starter: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Does anybody know why?

Hello Mr. Erel thanks a lot for your reply. I turned the antivirus, firewall everything off and still having the problem.
Could you give me another orientation pls.... thanks...
