What exactly do you want to do with the RadioButtons.
With RadioButtons on a same Panel only 1 can be checked at the same time.
Be aware that, if each button is on a different panel they won't probably not work as you expect.
In this case they are independant, you could check multiple RadioButtons at the same time,
and they work like CheckBoxes.
