Wish easier updating

Hello,

It would be handy to have a download link in the "newer version" notification.
And maybe in the help menu a check to see if there's a new one.

As B4J is free the download link is always the same I guess?

hmm... the problem is that it will conflict when you have a beta on one of the machines.

so you need to grab the beta from the forum to match it on all machines.
