Putting it all in a single phrase, takes the apologie out of the phrase and converters it into a sarcastic phrase...

To answer your question.

Both ways are possible. But the creation of a native app with Android UI Elements is the suggested and the expected (from user side) way to develop.

I never said you did, all I said was, putting the apologie, in a single word, and continue with the phrase, made it look sarcastic.
The apologie should have been done in a single phrase, and the rest of the question in a separate phrase.
As for the formatting, you must be young, and / or not aware of online "respectful way" of writing...
Formatting can and should be used to enfatize relevant parts of a question or text.
In your question you used 3 text sizes and 3 text colours for no relevant reason.

But enough of this...

As Don as pointed, a dedicated app will give the end user a more professional and serious feel to it.
