Embedded PDF Viewer in Form

I am currently working on a project to retrieve PDF documents from SQLite Database and display in the application. But would like to embedded the PDF viewer in the form. Is this possible? Has anyone got any ideas where to start? On windows you can use Activex control, but require this for Mobile Windows.

I'm afraid that as far as I know there is no possibility of doing that on a device. The only thing I can suggest is shelling a PDF reader.
