Android Question Emulator LoadLibrary "nvcuda.dll" failed!

Using x64 emulator (might be same issue with x32) I get these messages in the log after running any B4x thing from the debooger.

LoadLibrary "nvcuda.dll" failed!
LoadLibrary "nvcuda.dll" failed!
LoadLibrary "nvcuda.dll" failed!
Failed to call cuInit, cannot use nvidia cuvid decoder for h264 stream
[h264 @ 0000026179FA5500] no frame!

One I made in Android Studio (latest) and then open with CTRL-Click in B4A. It uses x64/API32/GooglePlay. API32 was the only x64 I could find with Play -- did not look very hard.
