iOS Question Enable B4i certificate on IOS 9.3.5

The route to enable B4i certificates is detailed for IOS10 as:
Go to Settings - General - About - Certificate Trust Settings


There is no "Certificate Trust Settings" menu option for IOS 9.3.5. What do I need to do to enable the certificate?
