Wish enable/disable break points

Right now we can only remove break points. It would be a very nice feature to be able to enable/disable break points as well. VB has it, by the way.

I really miss both features which is standard in virtually every IDE's I have ever used. I came here because I miss it in this very moment when debugging a problem
