B4J Question Error compile b4j, connecting Android to MS SQL Server using jRDC2

Hi, I have a b4a app that I want to connect locally to a computer running SQL Server. I downloaded the file, but when I run it, I get this error. Is this a path or version issue? I'd appreciate it if you could help me. Thanks.
