Android Question Error Compiling

Hello everyone, my old laptop broke and never had my files backup although I have some old files(b4a libraries) from usb and use it. No w I'm reinstalling to a new machine. I soon tried to compile my application but I have this error.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve it?
