Android Question Error during compilation

After compilation I have this error

This is platform_tool dir that I have download from android-sdk2.zip that I unpacked

this dll is missing api-ms-win-crt-locale-i1-1-0.dll or I don't know what that may be

apk works well and I have b4a v9.3
b4a bridge is connected regularly

No, Win 64 bit.

I have download this file and I did as specified
it say:
64-Bit Windows:

- 32-Bit Version -> C:\Windows\SysWOW64
- 64-Bit Version -> C:\Windows\System32
but the error is this

maybe there is an error on where to copy the dll

- 32-Bit Version -> C:\Windows\System32
- 64-Bit Version -> C:\Windows\SysWOW64

but the same one gives me error

I unzipped this file and copied to platform_tools and it worked
