Android Question Error in installing a file to device

Hello everyone, I am glad to have joined the B4A community.
I installed B4A as required, but when building the app, an error message appears when installing a file to device:
the program cannot start because api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll is missing

I get the same massage, B4A-Bridge is not responding.
