Android Question Error in UDP Socket

After working great for a few days... my app log this error...

My code for send is this:

Dim Packet As UDPPacket
Dim bdata() As Byte
bdata = data.GetBytes("ASCII")
Packet.Initialize(bdata, address,port)
UDPSocket.Send(Packet)

Any idea?.. Thanks a lot.
