What is the minSdkVersion set to in the manifest editor?

What is the target device version? And make sure that it is not the simulator.

greetings Erel: this error has been solved by changing my emulator, Leapdroid emulator is not working properly in new version of b4a and specially while the minsdkversion is +22 i downloaded new emulator and the problem is solved
