Are you connected to a real device?

No I am not.

Avoid using the Android emulator. It is slow and unreliable. Connect to a real device. You can use B4A-Bridge for that.

Another option is to use a VM such as Genymotion.

I rebooted and only opened what I needed and it worked. Thanks for your help.

Ok. I think I know what the issue is. When I click on the run button the first time it will run on the emulator and then I will get the windows on the screenshots below from AVG antivirus. I have tried adding adb.exe to the exceptions list of AVG but it still gets the error.

If I disable AVG than it works fine.
