Hi,

Just started using B4i after longtime only B4A.

I am using Hosted Builder.
I followed the instruction video and succeed in compiling a B4i-Bridge and install it on my iPad.

I got the following message:
Verification of app impossible
Internetconnection is needed to check trust of this developer.

(translated from Dutch)

What could this be? Which step did I missed? Internet is working fine on my iPad.

Kind regards,
André

Solution
I got it working Yessssss

Don't know exactly why. I didn't start again. The major change I did, was activating Developer mode, restarted as requested and installed the B4i bridge again. Now it is working and I can start to learn converting my B4a to B4i.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HELPING ME f0raster0

Which version of iOS are you using?
Have you created a new certificate and provision profile? The old ones have probably expired.

iPadOS-version: 17.4.1
Yesterday I created both, certificate and provision profile as instructed in the video.

you created new cet/keys etc.. Did you install B4i-Bridge already?

Also check the cert Trust:
Setting->about->Certificate Truest setting

Hi f0raster0,

Thanks for your reply.

The error is within B4i-Bridge. I can get it started. I start all again from scratch and still have the same problem.

On opening B4i-Bridge I got:
Unable to Verify App: An internet connection is required to verify the trust of the developer' ... This app will not be available until verified.

Noway to start B4i-Bridge at all. Internet is working fine on the device. iPadOS-version: 17.4.1. Is this version unable to be used?

Is there something I had to do with the ios_distribution.cer and the provision.mobileprovision files? I just downloaded them to the key map as instructed.
I also read something about installing B4i ca.pem certificate, but where to install? iPad or B4i computer?

Kind regards,
André

One more thing, when creating the cert/mobile, there's an option to select "offline" or like that.. don't remember without checking my apple account
Please check your Apple account and double-check which option you selected.

also check: if Privacy & Security -> Developer Mode is ON

Ensure you create everything from scratch (delete all them, including key etc) to confirm that the issue is not related to certificates, provisioning, or keys.
and make sure you are using a wildcard app id when building B4i-Bridge

Edit: Do you have any other device to test?
