Android Question Error: (Unsupported option v3-signing enabled) Update to last version B4A 10.70

I have followed these installation instructions ( https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html ) twice without a change in the problem. I am going to use another computer to erase everything related to B4A and follow these directions there (It is also Windows10).

I also receive this error at compilation (Unsupported option: --v3-signing-enabled.) with version 10.70
I already use OpenJdk 11.0.1 since some time, downloaded from https://www.b4x.com/b4a.html , but I try to re-download it and extract it with 7zip, but without success.
Any idea ?

I forget this and use SDK 29. I upgrade to 30 and now this work fine.
