iOS Question Error using upload to itunes system

I got:
Uploading ipa file.
Submitting app (this step can take several minutes to complete).
Error: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request
Connection closed.

when using the New upload system on the pc.
