Android Question error when trying to run ther application

Hello all.
I hope you can help with this.
I get this error when trying to run my app.
I never had this before on this PC or any other.
AndroidManifest.xml:2: error: No resource identifier found for attribute 'installLocation' in package 'android'
I have all patyhs configured and have run this app many times before.
Any help would be gratefully received

Nothng that I can pinpoint. Only Microsoft updates etc on this surface pro 3.
I just copied it to my Toshiba PC and it runs there OK.
So it must be something to do with this PC.

Open Tools - Configure Paths and use android.jar from platform 14+.
