Error While Compile Program

Hi Friends

I got A error While Compile My Program Then I got a Link

Basic4ppc - Windows Mobile programming and Pocket PC Development

i just Downloaded And Installed The Mentioned Versions Of .NET framework in this link.

But Now I got A error That I Attached The Error

Any One Can Help me

I tried to Compile Without Optimized Compiling

it is compiling well and maked a exe file but when i try to open a exe file it show error like
"TO RUN THIS APPLICTION YOU MUST INSTALL ONE OF THE VERSION OF .NET FRAMEWORK"

I Installed 1,2 Version Of .NET frameworks
Please Help me to Clear this Error

It seems an error with the SqlLite libraries.

I just Formated My system and re installed now there is no problem with compiling
