Choose My Apps and add a new application.

After i got a new form i marked: ios
name: pythagoras theorem calc
Primary Language: English.
Bundle id: pack3.b4i.com.*

and Sku i dont know what to write.

Please help.

The bundle id should be the same as the package name (without a wildcard). You can use the same value for the SKU field.

At this point you need to upload your app with the hosted builder to Application Loader if you are using a local Mac computer.
