Android Question error

when i run B4A , i get a message :
process running longer than expected . do you want to cancel it ?
whatever i choose yes or no , B4A opens with another message : An error occurred Error loading ini file.
HELP PLEASE

Which version of B4A are you using? Can you post the compilation window text?

I am using B4A version 9.80 - last edition .
However i have solved the problem by installing a new fresh windows ver 1909 , and get all update from microsoft website then reinstall B4A with all its requirements .
everything is good
