the picture is unreadable... at least for me

Edit: have you set the path to the android jar correct? It´s the only i ca imagine from the error.
Something with your manifest seems to be wrong.

The images.
I put ANDROID.JAR path where i found.

Which path did you set exactly in ide under Tools->"Configure Paths" for the android.jar????

re-instaled the SDK and woks ok.
