Example of a simple working FTP.List code

Hi All,

I searched and tried several FTP.List examples and how to's
from everyone here on this forum.
It didn't work for me though, unfortunately.

The only thing that worked a bit is an empty imagefile??
If someone knows the issue, I will gladly here from you.

Yes, I probably think so.

I agree that has something to do with my server config.

Hi!
I downloaded your FTP example which works quite good.
But there is one problem: I neither get a FTP_DownloadProgress event nor a FTP_DownloadCompleted event (I put in some Log() statements, but nothing happens!).
Any idea?

Hi prokli,

It seems you're wrestling with the same problems what I had before.
If you don't mind, try to make a testprogram showing the problem.
Unfortunately this the only way to see it well.

So put your testprog as a zip on this forum thread to look at it.

Thanks, vb1992 (I did use VB 3.0 in Win 3.1 in 1992) for a great FTP source code example. It was very helpful.

I tried your ZIPed example but it did not download anything. The Success message doesn't show up and the byte counter does not as well....
