This is probably a really silly question, but how do I create an executable file? I have finally created a test program that actually works and it runs in the emulator on screen, but if I want to create an actual file that could be posted on a Web site and downloaded, how do I do that? If the process of compile and run is already creating such a file, how do I find it on my computer? I tried searching for files with the package name, but could not find one.

First compile and run your project.
Then in your Objects folder search for a file named: {yourprojectname}.apk or result.apk.
This is executable file

If you want to distribute your app then you probably want to turn off the B4A debugging options.
This will make your APK file smaller too i think?
Look under Project menu and uncheck 'Include Debugger Information' and 'Attach debugger'.
