Most programmers are probably familiar with StackOverflow.
Stack Overflow is built specifically for programming questions and is probably better suited than the forum for such questions.

As an experiment I would like to give it a try and use Stack Overflow for questions. There are absolutely no plans to replace the forum with Stack Overflow. I want to see whether a Basic4android channel in SO is useful in our case.

Basic4android channel: Newest 'basic4android' Questions - Stack Overflow

Make sure to add the basic4android tag when asking questions.

Please give it a chance...

Using Stack overflow for questions

I did post a question to stack overflow instead of the usual place.
As one of those poor individuals who find forums a bit daunting I found SO a bit more more. Anyway I gave it a go.:sign0085:

Just a note:

Remember to add the Basic4Android-tag as mentioned by Erel.

However, unless necessary, I don't see any need to add the Android-tag. This is because I have seen legitimate answers including Java-code since the question did not mention Basic4Android was used. If you still want to add the Android-tag, please then explain in your question that your question is Basic4Android-related. In this way, we can save time for all those helpful SO-users who wrote a correct reply (with Java-examples) but still not the answer wanted (not being Basic4Android-code).

Just my thoughts.
