iOS Question Export compliance: push notifications

Hello,

today I wanted to submit my app for review on iTunes Connect, but there was this question: Does your application contains encryption?

I don't use encryptions, but push notifications, which were encrypted. So does my application contains encryption or belongs this encryption to Apple's system and I can answere this question with no?

I'm not a lawyer however I'm 99.99% sure that your app doesn't contain encryption because of the push notifications (I read all the information that I found about this question in the past).
