Android Code Snippet Extract all contacts from both SIM and Phone

This is a little updated version of code I found on this forum(thanks to Erel and other kind people) to display and chose a phone number from contacts, from SIM and internal phone memory.
It handles nation's prefix as well, if present on contact, by a spinner. It detects nation's prefix extracting it if it is present in canonic format "+nnn" or "00nnn".
