iOS Question Failed to publish on appstore

When trying to publish through Application Loader, I get the following error and does not let up the ipa file of the application.

What am I doing wrong?

I created the certificates and Provisioning Profiles according to the videos, but I have not been possible publication.

I can help.

I followed all the steps of the tutorial
