File.DirInternal Questions

I have two questions about data files created & edited with the File.DirInternal option:
1. Can a different app read and/or write to such a file?
2. How secure is the information stored in such a file (to hackers)?

2. It is not really secured as rooted devices can access these files.

I have searched into internal memory and also on SD memory, but there isn't this folder.

Yes, you can only see the folder contents if you're rooted and use a root-capable file explorer.

if I don't have SD Card, Where do you suppose me to put my files if my phone is not rooted ?
