Android Question [file] exposed beyond app through ClipData.Item.getUri()

I now get this error when trying to open the email app (Android 9) with an attachment.
Probably a permission missing but I am not sure which...

I tried to disable strict mode with this:

if you google for this error the results points to a FileUriException.

If this is the case here then you need to use FileProvider

android.jar / targetSdkVersion / minSdkVersion
FileProvider
